At Devxhub, we're looking for a  UI/UX Designer   to Join our team. We looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-oriented Developer to help our team with fast-growing Software, Web Application, and Mobile Application platforms, which will be used by millions of users and thousands of business solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products
• Create Visually appealing Banners, Static and Dynamic Contents
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and budget
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
• Worked on Accounts and Cash Flow design 
• Should have knowledge of Fintech, Accounting, Finance 
• 5+  years of experience  [Must Have]

Requirements:

• Solid experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. 3D character animation is a plus point.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Good communication and presentation skills

• Salary Range:  BDT 50k to 60k Per Month ( Negotiable based on skills and experience )
• Salary Review Yearly
• Yearly Bonus an extra full 13th-month salary in one year cycle.
